Technical Courses

Eligibility for Refund:

1. Within 3 Days of Enrollment:
• A full refund is available if cancellation is requested within 3 days of enrollment.

2. Program Starting in Less Than 3 Days:
• For programs starting in less than 3 days, refunds can be requested before the program commences.

Refund Deadline:

• Refund requests will not be accepted once classes have started.

Processing Time:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days and issued through the original payment method.

Data Science OSL Program:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after approval.

Non-Technical Courses

(CSM, CSPO, PMP, SAFe POPM, ICP-ACC, JIRA, PMI-ACP, etc.)

Eligibility for Refund:

1. Within 7 Days of Enrollment:
• Refunds are available if cancellation is requested within 7 days of enrollment.

2. Program Starting in Less Than 7 Days:
• For programs starting in less than 7 days, refunds can be requested before the program begins.

Refund Deadline:

• No refund requests will be entertained after the commencement of classes.

Processing Time:

• Refunds will be processed within 15 business days and issued through the original payment method.

Duplicate Payments:

• Refunds for duplicate payments will be processed within 15 business days upon notification.

EMI Transactions

Eligibility for EMI Cancellation:

1. Within 3 Days of Enrollment:
• EMI cancellations can be requested within 3 days of enrollment.

2. Program Starting in Less Than 3 Days:
• EMI cancellations can be requested before the program starts.

Refund Deadline:

• EMI cancellation requests will not be entertained once classes have commenced.

Processing Time:

• EMI cancellations will be processed within 20 business days after approval and refunded via the original payment method.
